We offer a patient portal to families to make access to your child's medical records more convenient, as well as offer an alternative means of communicating with our office for non-urgent matters. Through the patient portal, parents/guardians can access growth charts, immunization records, medication lists, prescription refill requests, and appointment requests. You may also communicate with our office staff and nurse via secure messaging.
